The President of Capital RIC is John G. "Chip" Dicks. He served as an elected member of the Virginia State Legislature until 1990 and has been a lobbyist for real estate related interests for more than a decade.

As a land use and real estate attorney for more than 20 years, Chip Dicks has the knowledge, skills and relationships to handle even the most challenging zoning case.
